Today, I was able to attend an event hosted by Tokobay, a 20-year old company that creates high quality watches, bags, and jewelry. It was founded by Dory Isaacs and Shegeki Kobayashi. With their combined creativity and fashion background from England and Tokyo, they have an unique collection of watches (which is my favorite) and other accessories.
At the event, a fashion blogger named Laura Ellner was there to help promote the collection.

Here are the two watches I bought:
Obi watch (orange watch)- The band is made from "an ancient Japanese woven "Obi" cord that was originally used by warriors to fasten or wrap sword handles." They are very hard to come by these days.
Century Large (red leather watch)- This watch has a vintage feel that I love and I just cannot pass up. The leather band feels buttery soft. Everything about it is perfect.
With the Obi watch, you can remove the watch itself and just wear the strap as a bracelet. Very versatile and unique.
