TOMS- One for One Movement

Hello Everyone,

Thinking about being more giving this year? Well, here is a way for you to give back. TOMS was founded  in 2006 by a person who went on a trip to Argentina and saw children walking in the streets without shoes.   Everyone deserves to have a pair of shoes to walk in and he made a commitment to match every pair sold by giving a new pair to children in need. Such a great way to buy a gift not just for one person but two people for Christmas.
Personally, I don't think they are the most stylish, BUT they are comfortable to wear when you have errands to run. The glitter ones are my favorite. These shoes can look good with black tights and skinny jeans. The are $54 at Nordstorm. I bought the shoes for $34 because I had a $20 reward certificate. Think about it this way, you are buying two pairs of shoes (one for you and the other for a child in need) for $54.... meaning it's $27 a pair which is not bad at all.

There are other variety of styles besides the picture shown above. Feel free to go to their website to check them out.

I got the pair with the black glitter.

The only thing I see that may not be very comfortable is the bottom/sole because it is very flat so if you do plan to wear this for a long period of time I suggest using Dr Scholls shoe inserts.

Love them or hate them? Love them.

Have a great weekend!
