What's in my bag?

Hi Everyone,

My first blog for 2011!!! I hope everyone had a wonderful time bringing in the New Year. I thought it will be interesting to do a "What's in my bag" blog today because I do enjoy watching on youtube what's in other people's bag. Let me warn you first that I tend to have a lot of 'stuff' in my bag..... I don't know how it gets in there but it's in there.... I used to be called "the bag lady" because I was obsessed with bags at one point in my life..... now.... not as much as before. People that knows me know that I like to carry big bags.... gigantic bags! I think that this is the reason why I have so much 'stuff' in my bag because I feel like there is so much room to put more. I have also tried to carry smaller bags.... but the problem is that I have so much that it doesn't even close which irritates me.

Nowadays I would carry the same bag for 3-4 months because I find it to be too much trouble to keep switching it with my outfit. That being said, things keep accumulating in my bag and it can get pretty messy. I have gotten better the last  few months in trying to keep my bag clean. Anyways.... Let's dive in!

Recently, I am liking the embossed snake skin look.  It is well made and very roomy, just the way I like it.

Nordstrom: Steven by Steve Madden 'Candy Coated' Tote: $98 (it comes in Black Multi snake and Green Multi snake).  The one I have is the Green Multi and the color pops with whatever you wear.

The bag has a magnetic-snap closure and and interior expansion belt with snap closure.

Inside my bag.....
I have a snack from my favorite brand Haribo. They make the best gummies besides Black Forest. If I don't have candies, I would usually have a bag of chip for snack. I like drinking water so I make sure I have a bottle in my bag at all times.

My to-go makeup brush kit from Sephora. Just in case I need to fix or add any makeup during the day, I am prepared.

Sunglasses definitely a must on those sunny days, also especially after the rain, you get the bad glare from the water. Either way, it is good to protect your eyes from harmful UVs and to prevent wrinkles.
Emergency hairspray from Loreal Elnett (known to be used by the Kardashians), hand sanitizer from Bath and Body Works (Halloween edition), Body lotion from Bath and Body Works (Warm Vanilla Sugar), fragrance mist form Victoria's Secret (Pink), my keys....
Work ID badge, Coach wallet, pocket calculator (I have no idea why I have it in there.... nerd!), another ID badge, white-out (random.... but it may come in handy)

Makeup bag.... it is so full I can't even zip it up all the way, Stride Mystery gum (bought it from Costco), a pen......
Mascara fell out of my makeup bag because it wouldn't fit.....
Inside my makeup bag I have different types of lipgloss (Nyx (frosted beige), Curvy Lip Silicone (2 different colors- Japanese product), Victoria's Secret (Ravish)), Lancome SPF 30 sunscreen, EOS lip balm, Benefit Erase Paste (Concealer).....
MAC lipsticks- Myth, Hue, Pretty Please, Amplified (how many lipsticks do I need in my bag? I didn't know I have that many in there....), MAC blush- Pet Me and Utterly Game, NYX tinted lip spa- Copacabana, Make Up For Ever(MUFE) Duo Mat (#207)....

Johnson and Johnson floss(need to make sure nothing is stuck between my teeth), black bobby pins....
iphone, and I used a sock to help protect my camera.

I am surprised that I don't have forks in my bag...... I normally do because I use it for lunch.
Well, that is it for now. I have a feeling that it will continue to add up as the week goes on.

Good nite!
